Shipping and delivery times

COVID-19 INFORMATION

Given the COVID-19 situation, we are making every effort to deliver your order while adhering to hygiene protocols. Home delivery without signature is preferred. However, delivery times for France and Europe may be longer than usual, beyond our control. We do not observe delays exceeding 3 days with Colissimo (approximately 48 hours) and Lettre Suivie (tracked letter). For Europe, there are no additional delays with Delivengo and Colissimo International.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and public holidays)

For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and then a second email with your tracking number (depending on the delivery method chosen).

During periods of high activity, order preparation may take 72 hours or 3 working days.

The choice of carrier and the price may vary depending on the weight, quantity, availability of products and the amount of the basket, as well as the country of shipment.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS:

METROPOLITAN FRANCE

• By tracked letter (48 to 72 business hours)

• Via Colissimo tracked delivery (home delivery, collection point, post office, within 48 to 72 working hours)

• Via Mondial Relay (delivery time of 3 to 5 working days).

• In-store pickup: you can collect your order from our offices, 21 rue Beauregard 75002 PARIS, between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday (5pm on Friday)

• By bicycle courier (For all orders placed within Paris city limits, between 9am and 2pm, you have the option of having your order delivered by bicycle courier within 4 hours of order preparation.)

EUROPE

• Via Delivengo (delivery time of 3 to 5 business days).

• Via Mondial Relay (delivery time of 4 to 7 working days).

• Via Colissimo international (delivery time of 3 to 5 working days).

French Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM) and Specific Territories

We do not deliver to French overseas departments and territories and specific territories.

DELIVERY COSTS

The cost of shipments includes labor, packaging, and delivery charges applied by the carriers.

In-store pickup at our Paris showroom (75002): Free

By courier (Paris only): €14.90

Tracked letter: €2.50 for shipments under €20

Colissimo tracked shipping: €2.50 for orders over €20, €4.90 otherwise

Mondial Relay: free for orders over €20, €4.90 otherwise

• EUROPE

Shipping costs are calculated based on the purchase amount and the shipping country, ranging from €4.90 to €14.90.
