COVID19 INFORMATION

Compte tenu de la situation avec le COVID19, nous mettons tout en œuvre pour vous livrer en respectant les procédures d'hygiène. La livraison à domicile sans signature est privilégiée. Toutefois, les délais de livraison pour la France et l'Europe peuvent se rallonger, indépendamment de notre volonté, nous n'observons pas de délai supérieur à 3 jours avec Colissimo (48h environ) et Lettre suivie, pour l’Europe il n'y pas de délai supplémentaire avec Delivengo et Colissimo international.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours by our teams (excluding weekends and holidays)

. For each order placed, you will receive a confirmation email and a second email with your tracking number (depending on the delivery method chosen).

In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order may take 72 hours or 3 working days.

The choice of carrier and the price may vary according to the weight, the quantity, the availability of the products and the amount of the basket, as well as the country of dispatch.

OUR SHIPPING METHODS:

MAINLAND FRANCE

• Par Lettre suivie (48 à 72h ouvrés)

• Par Colissimo suivi (livraison à domicile, point retrait, bureau de poste, de 48 à 72h ouvrés)

• Par Mondial Relay (délai de 3 à 5 jours ouvrés).

• Retrait en magasin : vous pouvez récupérer votre commande dans nos bureaux, 21 rue Beauregard 75002 PARIS, entre 9h et 18h, du lundi au vendredi (17h le vendredi)

• Par coursier vélo (Pour toutes commandes passées dans Paris intramuros, entre 9h et 14h, vous avez la possibilité de vous faire livrer par coursier vélo dans les 4 heures suivant la préparation de la commande.)

EUROPE

• Par Delivengo (délai de 3 à 5 jours ouvrés).

• Par Mondial Relay (délai de 4 à 7 jours ouvrés).

• Par Colissimo international (délai de 3 à 5 jours ouvrés).

DOM-TOM AND SPECIFIC TERRITORIES

We do not deliver in the DOM-TOM and specific territories.

DELIVERY EXPENSES

The cost of shipments includes labour, packaging and delivery charges applied by the carriers.

Retrait en magasin dans notre showroom Parisien (75002) : Gratuit

Par coursier (Paris uniquement) : 14,90€

Lettre suivie : 2,50 € pour les envois de moins de 20€

Colissimo suivi : 2,50 € dés 20 € d'achat, 4.90€ sinon

Mondial Relay : offert dés 20 € d'achat, 4.90€ sinon

 

- EUROPE

Shipping costs calculated according to the purchase amount and per shipping country, ranging from 4.90€ to 14.90€.
